We are two young professionals looking for two friendly and social housemates.

Our home has a good sized living room and kitchen, and a garden too! Transport links are great - we are a 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction train station and 2 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

There are two double bedrooms available - one small bedroom (£660pcm) and another larger room (£680pcm). Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and are lovely and bright.

The small bedroom is available from the 7th of August, the other is available from the 1st of August.

Bills are not included - we pay around £50 a month for water, tv, internet, electricity etc.

We tend to relax in front of the tv during the week and go out for dinner and drinks together at the weekend, with the bars and restaurants on Northcote Road only 10 minutes away.
