Hi,

I'm Yaz. 28, work in Marketing in the city. Originally from Yorkshire I moved here 6 years ago and looking to stay.

Looking for a new flat mate to take the spare room in a two bedroom garden flat. The place has just had a total refurb so is all nice and new and fresh.

A little bit about me. I'm very social and easy going. Like doing all kinds of things - nights out/nights in, gym, holidays, cinemas, shopping etc.

Looking for a like-minded female. Someone who I can be socialise with although I am independent and have my own group of friends also, so won't be looking to live in your pocket :)

Definitely want someone to treat this like their home - if you want to have friends over when you like etc. Good garden for summer BBQs and a cheeky glass of vino :)

Keen to get someone in from July/August and can be flexible for before/after.

Rent will be £500 plus bills which will average out to about £100/month and includes sky tv and broadband.

Like to keep the place tidy and keen to get a cleaner but by no means a neat freak.

In terms of transport Streatham/Norbury are the nearest stations.

Door to door to other places takes as follows:

Norbury: 8min walk (FYI citymapper & Google Maps lie - they seem to have calculated the distance on snails walking it)
Balham: 15mins (walk + direct train)
Clapham Junction: 21mins (walk + direct train)
London Victoria: 28 mins (walk + direct train)
London Bridge: 35mins (walk
Streatham: 5mins (bus)
Brixton: 20 mins (bus)
Croydon: 20 mins (bus)

The 109 is also a night bus and drops you at the end of the street. There are also quite a few other buses that bring you up from either Streatham or Brixton including the 50, 250, 255 and drop you reasonably near the house.

Loads of shops/ supermarkets to pick up bits you need.
