I have a room (my room) available from September for 1 year only, after which point I will be returning (I am going to our US office for 12 months)

The house is approximately 10 minutes walk from Wimbledon Station and 15 minutes from South Wimbledon Station. The property is near the Dundonald Park area and has 1 off-street space for parking.

The room is ideal with the bed being in a large loft room with lots of space and a separate single sized room with built-in closets and a chest of drawers, almost like a separate "closet/changing room", its fantastic and provides ample storage space!!

You would be sharing with 1 other female South Africa, mid-thirties who I have lived with for the past 6 months. It is a very relaxed environment in that sometimes we share a glass of wine and TV/Movies, and the rest of the time we are doing our own thing.

The house is in great condition and has a large living/dining room with wall to wall glass doors opening onto the patio, a cosy and modern kitchen with a hatch through to the living room and a large private garden to the rear of the property which gets sun for most of the day (great to make the most of it when it does actually shine!). Shared, tiled bathroom features shower and bath unit.

Rent is £1100.00pcm plus bills (worth every penny, when you see it I'm sure you'll agree!).

Bills mentioned above would be: Sky TV and Wireless Internet, Council Tax, Electricity (quarterly), Gas (quarterly) and Water (every 6 months)

You would be put on the lease (I would remain on the lease too since I am returning!) and credit checked (approx £100 per person), the great thing is that this lease is direct through a landlord and not an agency which makes things so much more pleasant and easy!!
