Hello the ladies!

One double room is available for a new flatmate in our friendly flatshare for ladies only please!

You will be sharing with 3 other girls. It's a young professional household, and would suit a non-smoker and someone who takes pride in their shared home.

The bathroom has just been renovated.

The room has a double bed and desk, with in-built cupboards - the flat has all the mod cons, incl internet access etc...an outside patio on the 2nd floor, large kitchen and lounge.

Tube: District line
Buses: 39 - to Clapham Junction or Putney Bridge or 493 to Tooting or Richmond
Nearest overland: Wimbledon station

The flat is 7 minutes walk or if you've got shopping, you can always take a short bus ride (39) from Southfields tube station / Southfields town centre.

It's very close to the Wimbledon tennis courts and the sports grounds & park, with a great vibe when Wimbledon's on!

DOUBLE ROOM
Rent: £550 per calendar month (includes water & council tax), excluding other bills - shared 4 ways.
Deposit: £550 deposit to secure the room.

MOVING IN DATE: Wednesday 1st July 2015 (possibly the weekend before, subject to arrangement with tenant who is moving out)
