Bright sunny, decent size bedroom - with lots of built in storage/wardrobe and desk/computer space, in lovely clean home, with fully kitted kitchen, superfast broadband & beautiful bathroom and dining room. (photos don't do it justice!). Happy for the person to leave things in the room (it's a safe environment :).

Suit a professional, who wants a quiet place after work. Although its a meat cooking-free home, its no problem if you ordered in a meat pizza or meat takeway :).

Parking over drive available, and storage for bike if needed.
Border of Barnet & Enfield.
Very close to gym, park, shops, restaurants, supermarket (Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco), buses, Chicken Shed Theatre. Trent Park (the old hunting grounds of Henry VIII also nearby!

Short walk (or bus) to Southgate (Piccadilly Line, Zone 4) or to Oakwood. Night and day bus straight to Leicester Square from Southgate!
Also near to north circular/A10 and M25 (Junction 24). as well as close to New Southgate rail station with quick direct route right to the heart of the City (Old Street, Moorgate, Angel etc).

About me - I'm an untypical 50-something, with interests from yoga and meditation to salsa, surfing and travel (volunteered in Central America and India). Enjoys quiet and own space, so suits someone similar.
