We have a fully furnished double room available for £120/week including all utility bills, NO deposit required and with flexible term contract with a minimum stay of 6 months.
You will be sharing the house with 4 fun loving and friendly people in their late 20s and early 30s (1 girl and 3 guys). We are clean, tidy, respectful of each other and all get along and would therefore prefer someone of a similar age and mentality as well as a female to even out the numbers in the house.
The house itself is massive and recently refurbished. It includes large kitchen, living room, bathroom and a large back garden perfect for Summer BBQs. We also have Free View, free wireless/broadband, washing machine and dryer. All doors are lockable.
The place is surrounded by local amenities such as M&S, Tesco Express, Asda, gym (across the road), Boots, restaurants, local pubs, shops, many banks ... pretty much all you need is just a few steps away. We are also surrounded by many beautiful parks therefore making this a popular location.
The closest tube station is Southgate (about a 5 minute walk) which is a 20 minute tube ride to Kings Cross on the Piccadilly line. There are also many bus stops at the station including a day/night bus straight to Leicester Square.
