Double room with private bathroom near St Paul's

Hi!

I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in a 2 bed & 2 bath apartment close to St Paul's Cathedral. Move-in date is flexible, preferably around mid-November, and the tenancy will run until November 2020 (with the possibility of an extension).

The flat has a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen (including dishwasher and washer/dryer) and two small balconies with a superb view of St Paul's Cathedral. It also has two bathrooms, so you will have your own bathroom (the largest of the two).

The flat is very close to City Thameslink station, St Paul's/Blackfriars underground stations and the City, and is ideal if you work in the area and would like to walk to work, or simply enjoy living right in the hearth of London.

The current rent is £1,131.28 per person per month. Bills (including council tax) are approx £130 per person per month on average, in addition to the rent.

You will be sharing with a friendly and easy-going 30 year old Italian male working in the UK Civil Service. When at home I'm usually cooking, reading or watching TV. At weekends I like to go out to explore London and catch up with friends. I'd like to share the flat with someone I can have the occasional meal and/or drink with.
