The apartment (which is just off Ludgate Hill) is very centrally located, with excellent transport links (c. 3 minutes walk to Blackfriars Station or City Thameslink and c. 5 minutes walk to St Pauls.)
The apartment (which has been recently renovated) is very large and is spread over two floors, with two living areas (a living room upstairs and a living / dining / kitchen downstairs). The room to rent is a double room on the bottom floor, with an en suite and a small patio.
I am a 26 year old lawyer working near by and would ideally be interested in sharing with a young professional.
Bills (which are not included) are c. £125 / month.
