We are looking for a new resident for a lovely Studio flat with a central room of around 12' x 12', with a double bed, built in wardrobes, storage, chest of drawers and a table and chairs, a separate kitchen with hobs, multi grill/oven/microwave, fridge freezer, full bathroom with bath and shower, basin and toilet, full gch, off street pkg, TV aerial socket, unlimited BT Wi-Fi, double glazed and fire alarm. The washing machine and dryer are located outside the flat. It is nicely decorated and furnished, near the river and Staines in Laleham Road. We have a cleaner for the communal areas.

All bills are included; council tax, gas central heating, lights and water, and electricity sockets are run off a standard rate meter in the flat (costs around £2 per week), for normal use. If you are working from home, the costs maybe more.

The cost is £640 p. c. m. (£147 p. w.) incl. deposit/references required, suit single professional person (n/s), available 21st October.

PLEASE NOTE - We do not take tenants on housing benefit or self employed (unless fully supported by accounts)and no six month contract workers.
