Hi - we are looking for a professional person to take a large size bedsit in Staines on Thames

The house is a large Victorian semi detached house in a quiet tree lined road just a short walk from central Staines, and the rail station, and near to the river in Penton Road. It is clean, safe and secure.

The room is around 12 feet x 16 feet, nicely decorated and furnished, with a double bed and kitchenette, comprising a two ring hob and oven, a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc and full crockery and cutlery (if required) There is full gas central heating, TV aerial, BT Wi-Fi unlimited infinity, fire alarm, and there are two bathrooms, one with; full bath, basin, toilet and shower, directly outside room. It also has french doors opening onto the garden.

As most rooms have their own shower, you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

There is a weekly cleaner for the communal areas, the gardens are kept trim and can be used for summer BBQ's and there is ample street parking.

A washing machine and dryer are located outside the flat and there is space for bikes in the garden.

The cost is £550 p. c. m. (£127 p. w.) incl.

All bills are included; council tax, gas central heating, lights and water, and electricity sockets are run off a standard rate meter in the flat (costs around £2 per week), for normal use. If you are working from home, the costs maybe more.

Deposit of a months rent and references will be taken and it would suit a single, non smoker. It is available from 1st December and viewings are available now.
