Hi - we are looking for a professional person for a lovely Studio Room of around 12' x 12', with a double bed, built in wardrobes, storage, chest of drawers, a table and chairs, a kitchenette with hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, and shower, full gch, off street allocated parking, TV aerial socket, unlimited BT Wi-Fi infinity, double glazed and fire alarm. Crockery and cutlery can be supplied if required.

A washing machine and dryer are located outside the flat, as is another shower and two toilets.

It is nicely decorated and furnished, near the river and Staines in Laleham Road and is in a large Victorian detached house, with space for bikes in a lock up garage.

We have a cleaner for the communal areas and a local handyman for all minor repairs.

All bills are included; council tax, gas central heating, lights and water, and electricity sockets are run off a standard rate meter in the flat (costs around £2 per week), for normal use. If you are working from home, the costs maybe more.

Deposit of a month’s rent and references will be taken and it would suit a single, non smoker. It is available on 12th May and viewings are available now

The cost is £590 p. c. m. (£136 p. w.) incl.
