Mon-Fri Double room available in Staines

The room

I can accommodate someone wanting a room 3 or 4 nights per week (£545 is for 4 nights) the room is available Mon-Fri only & not at weekends. No smokers please.

Very spacious double sized room for single occupancy in a large, detached, recently refurbished, quiet friendly and welcoming house. The room is fully furnished with a pine double bed, wardrobe & drawers. Bed linen is also provided. We have a cleaner every week and the room would be hoovered/dusted inclusive of the price.

Exclusive use of newly fitted bathroom. Spacious kitchen. Sky Fibre broadband is also available at no extra charge.

Plenty of well lit off road parking, CCTV and secure electric gates, storage for a bike, if needed, is no problem either.

We are located a short walk from bus stations, 10 minute walk to Sainsburys and a 1.3 mile walk to Staines railway station.

I'm looking for someone who works 9-5pm or similar during the day so no shift workers please. If you would like the room for less than 4 nights per week please do call me to discuss a price.

We do have dogs but they are not allowed upstairs (they're very friendly :-)).

1 months rent and £500.00 deposit payable upfront.
