Lovely Double room close to town center

I have a double room available in a 3 bedroom house. The room is available to move in. It is furnished with a queen size bed for single occupancy, a wardrobe, a chest of drawer and bedside table. The house has all the necessary amenities, with a lovely kitchen, a bathroom with both shower and bath. A lovely garden with BBQ for the summer season.

Staines town center is less than 10 minutes walk, train station is 15 minutes. Egham university is not far away by car. Centrica, BUPA and big companies are walking distance. Thorpe park is less than 5 minutes drive. Overall very good location. And bus stop at end of the road, going to Heathrow, Chertsey, Kingston, Hounslow etc.

Small warning: Parking is a challenge on our road.

I am looking for a mature personality, respectful, non-smoker, someone calm, clean and tidy. A professional or student on 9-5 working hours.

I am a professional french lady working full time in Finance & Accounting and studying at the same time for a professional qualification.
I am easy going, clean, keen on environment and well being. I am very respectful of others and expect the same from my housemates.
I love cooking, being French I use a lot of Olive Oil & Garlic :-).
Just joking, don't actually cook that much.
