Double room to rent in a lovely quiet river side on smoking appartment. Monday to Friday or shift workers preferred but it's negotiable, so don't let it put you off. Off road parking, Internet, shared bathroom. Communal gardens. Short term rent negotiable so this may suit anyone attending a course.

I work Monday to Friday, generally home by 5pm most evenings after busy days. Friends come over during the week at times but we are not too noisy or stay up too late on a school night, plus you would be welcome to share a glass of wine!

Fully fitted kitchen. I have only just moved into this apartment and I am tidy, so would expect my home to be looked after and cared for. I have long days at work and like my own space so respect privacy in others, however I am also social and would be willing to share a glass of wine and a catch up after work.

Staines town centre, bus and train station are 15 minute walk away so if you work at BA you have access to the free transport to Waterside and T5.
