The room is fully furnished with double bed, draws, built in wardrobe and a sofa and is ready to be moved into right away! The property benefits from a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen/diner, second lounge area adjacent to the kitchen/Diner and two bathrooms. Even when the flat has everyone in its very hard to feel on top of one another.

We are a young group of professionals who come and go all the time, but all treat and respect the property as our own home. We are looking for a new tenant to join us! Ideally we are looking for a single male or female, non-smoker. This room is great for anyone who travels a lot and needs to be relatively close to the airport.

The property rental has a minimum 3 months with a rolling contract thereafter. Two months’ notice is required from both sides.
