The rent is £600 a month, the bills included for this are electricity, water, Council Tax, maintenance & broadband. *TV licence is not included

The room is furnished with a bed, desk & chair, it also has one large built in mirrored wardrobe.

The kitchen is small but has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher and is going to be ripped out and updated mid-November.

Bathroom has bath/shower combo.

The Flat has security entrance, an allocated off road parking space(allocated for the renter) and access communal gardens by the canal.

This flat is a 2 minute walk to the high street, 5 minute walk to Ware train station with direct links to London (approx 45 mins to London Liverpool Street)

The existing flatmate is a professional so would ideally like someone professional and like-minded. Two references would be requires (1 work & 1 previous landlord would be ideal) a deposit of £500.00 will also be required.
