Spacious large double bedroom with majority use of main bathroom. Fully furnished and available in a lovely new build just off the old town high street in Stevenage.

Sharing with young couple, clean and friendly professional working full time - 7 days a week. When we are are around it will be in the evenings when we like to relax and chill out!

We are looking for a young professional, who is clean and tidy. It's not a student rental or money making business, It is our own home so do want to find the right person to live with.

Having shared with people before we are looking for someone who will be courteous to our home and the facilities, We will have a cleaner once every two weeks for the whole home (your room if wanted) however like to keep things tidy in between - also general common sense things are important to us like not wasting water and electricity for the sake of it, cleaning up in the kitchen after yourself - We are fun honest!! Just want to being upfront! It's not rocket science ;-)

Property has a large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with Sky TV & Sports, WIFI, washer, laundry area to hang clothes and comfortable modern furnishings.

Bedroom comes with double bed, large corner wardrobe/chest of drawers, side table, shoe storage and TV Point. Bathroom although is not en-suite is main one in flat which you will have primarily to yourself as there is two in the flat however will be used by guests and for the occasional bath by us.

Located on the Old Town High Street, 5 minutes walk from New Town and 10 minutes from train station. No allocated parking space in the development however car parks near by if needed

Price is all inclusive (includes all utility bills, council tax, Sky TV and wireless Broadband)

The whole flat is beautifully furnished, perfect if you are looking for something slightly more homely and luxurious. The room itself and location is quiet rare in Stevenage so viewing is not to be missed!

Current housemate is moving out because of work commitments changing which is why this is back advertised from a few months ago. We aren't horrible people to live with :)
