The large kitchen has two cookers, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridges and freezers etc. There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room. All windows are double-glazed. There is off road parking for six cars on a large driveway. The back garden has a lawn and patio for summer BBQs.

The rent includes council tax and water rates. Gas and electricity bills are shared. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.
