We are young professionals working in the area. Mechanical engineer, Aerospace engineer, Bio medicine researcher and Chemistry researcher and we are looking for like minded individual to join the house.

House benefits from fully fitted kitchen, living room, dining area and nice garden with gazebo with table and chairs.

In the the living room we have 50" LED TV, Virgin internet + cable TV.

Kitchen has new electric cooker, washing machine, dish washer, chest freezer, 350 L fridge and ample storage space.

All bills and full use of amenities are included.

We have weekly cleaner lady to clean communal areas. (bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen, lounge and dining room)

House is located in Broadwater area of Stevenage, very close to the retail park. (Tesco, Dunelm, Halfords, Harvester)

Bus stop (SB8) to town is in front of the house and stop for bus 300 and 301 is 5 min walk away.
