A large double room with a newly refurbished en-suite, walk in shower room with underfloor heating in an imposing period property in Buntingford. Tucked away just behind the high street, Bridgefoot House is conveniently located for all local amenities within easy walking distance and there are reasonably regular bus services to Bishop's Stortford, Stansted airport, Stevenage, Royston, Hertford & Ware. The house is our family home and you would have shared use of the kitchen, sitting room and laundry room. Most of the time there are just the 2 of us here and we both work full time, but our children are sometimes home - youngest is 22. We have a spare parking space which is sometimes taken up by visitors but then on street parking is not an issue. We have a small, non-shedding dog so you will need to like animals but, as he is not friendly to other dogs, we regret we cannot accommodate any other pets. No smokers please. We are flexible on letting terms - the room can be available for 7 days or Mon-Fri and for long or short term let all at negotiable rates.
