Double room with own bathroom in modern flat

Hi there,

Looking for a new flatmate to join me, ideally on 1st of March but any time before April should be fine.

Currently the bedroom is unfurnished, but will happily assist with an Ikea trip if needed. I do enjoy a bit of flatpack.

We each have our own bathroom, yours with bath/shower/toilet/sink.

Decent size living/dining room, with a south-facing balcony just big enough for sunbathing, 50" TV with bluray/dvd player/love film+netflix subscription/Chromecast - movie fan ideal.

The flat is well insulated so it doesn't even need the heating on in Winter!

There is a free gym attached to the flats for residents only should you enjoy keeping fit.

Flat complex is a short walk (see map) to the local supermarket, train/bus-station and town centre which has *many* pubs, bars and restaurants.

Looking for a tidy, respectful, non party-animal. I'm well past staying up till the early hours every weekend.
I'm 32 and work in Hatfield for an IT company working M-F 10-7ish.
