Hello. I now only have one good sized large double available to rent within a well presented house in Stevenage near to the hospital. This is great house with some nice people so I'm looking for someone who would fit well with the other tenants. Single Occupants only im afraid.

Qualifying criteria to be eligible for room: - Must be in employment - Minimum age 23, although mature working professionals as young as 21 will be considered - be able to pass all general tenants checks that will be undertaken - No students sorry, unless backed up with a guarantor. Their will be an admin fee of £60. This includes me doing all thorough tenant checks (so please advise before if you think you might not pass this as its non-refundable) and drawing up off all specific contracts.
