The House: Is located close to Pin Green area, Fairlands Way & Fairlands Park. Three minutes in the car to the town centre or the old town. There is a bus stop with regular buses within a few minutes walk of the house. Local shops are within 5 minutes walk.

The house has a modern gloss finish kitchen with three fridge freezers, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob. Breakfast bar with IKEA bar seats plus dining area with table and chairs.

There is a modern bathroom which is fully tiled with electric shower and bath. Extra toilet downstairs.

Very large communal area with settees, TV and patio doors leading to a decked area with table and chairs within a fenced back garden. Ample parking in parking bays all around the property and on the road.
