Hello there!

This room is up for grabs again as a potential house mate fell through, so if you would like to share a laaavely flat in brixton with two nice chaps then please do get in touch.

We are primarily looking for a female housemate to replace Marianne.

We are holding viewings Wednesday and Thursday night from 6pm onwards so please give us a tinkle or a text with your name and when you'd like to come over and we'll go from there.

To get to us you can get the train to Loughborough Junction (we're 5 secs away) or it's a ten minute stroll from Brixton tube down the Coldharbour Lane.

Here is a little well quite long discription of the room and flat (written by Marianne).

The room is furnished with a new single bed, clothing rail, tall chest of drawers with shelves available should you need. The walls are of the room are white, painted in October, and has laminate flooring.

The shared space consists of:
- Large open plan kitchen/diner/ living area
- Bathroom with a bath/installed shower and toilet
- Storage space by the flat front door for shoes or boxes
- Large Communal downstairs hallway which can fit bikes (both my housemates ones’ are there already, with plenty of space)

There is a large dining table in the lounge area to use for studying/working and eating, 2 sofas and a coffee table plus plenty of storage in the kitchen.

The flat has a number of transport links: it is located 30 seconds walk away from Loughborough Junction Station, which has regular trains into the City, only 15 minutes to Farringdon and Kings Cross if you need to commute. Alternatively it is only 10 minutes walk to Brixton tube for the Underground. Also buses go from our road to central, east and Kings X.
The flat is not far from Camberwell, which has loads of pubs and bars, as well as Camberwell College of Art. Across the road there are a number of corner shops, a Greengrocers and a hairdressers.

You will be moving in with two other housemates, one is a Masters student, training to be a Dietitian and the other works for an established artist, both very easy to get on with but independent, usually keep a 9-6 schedule.

The rent is £330 per calendar month, bills not included. The room is ideal for a student, or professional moving on a budget.
The guys currently living there are creative and easy-going. I will be vacating the premises from Saturday 4th February.

We estimate the bills to be £70-80 pcm in total.
