hi there ! we have one spare room in the ground level of a victoria house in a quiet road . the room will be fully furnished , including fridge, there is wooden floors and the rooms are lovely and very clean ! we are close to the stations ; stockwell and clapham north with victoria lines and northern lines also there is many buses and it is very easy to travel all over london ! there is plenty of trendy shopes in clapham higth street , gyms , and supermarkets ! we are looking for sameone who appreciates a good room to stay ,who likes peace and quiet in the evenings !also who is considerate! !and who is looking to stay for a while.,! it is not the right house for sameone who loves cooking and having parties in the room with friends!! get in thouch if you think you can fit in ! !also this ad is for Monday to Friday only! which is £120 a week. thanks
