Single room - London SW9- Near Oval tube

Looking for a calm & tidy tenant, 30-60ish.
Rent is £120 weekly or £520 monthly, this covers all bills, council tax, service charges & internet etc

Ideally looking for someone who is a non-smoker who either works/study's during the day & actually likes to sleep during the night (certainly the majority of week nights anyway)
Don't mind you having visitors who do not stay too late, but no overnight stays for non-tenants.

Typing in SW9 7BJ on google maps will show you the area, though these pics are now a few years old.

I have shared with both social and independant peeps & am comfortable with either.

I would consider myself pretty easy-going & friendly, have jogged round the local parks with tenants, as well as play squash and badminton with some. and still do. (when allowed to these days) Currently watching too many south Korean dramas

There is a small garden, mostly used for hanging out washing, feeding our little feathered friends, and growing berries. The garage is pretty full, but can store a bike.

There is a Doctors/health centre, chemists and small Spa supermarket all within 1 min walk of front door.

Oval tube is 10 miins walk & Stockwell 15 mins.
Camberwell Green is just a 10 minute walk away & Brixton town centre 17-20 min walk
Buses from Camberwell New Rd & Brixton Rd take you into Victoria, Paddington & West End & all central London areas

Kings College hospital on Denmark hill is a 20 min walk.
Closest sports centre is Brixton 15-17 min away, though there are several private gyms closer. Flaxman sports centre is just 10 min walk for gyming and squash

Not worried about a deposit but would like some kind of reference, or proof of ID,
