Room for rent close to Oval station

Really affordable room for rent only 2 minutes walk from Oval station!

Room has become available as my flatmate is leaving London.

The room is available for a minimum of three months starting from 8th January 2015. If you wish to stay longer than this you would need to sign a new lease with the Land Lord as I will be moving out on 15th April 2015 to return to Australia. The Land Lords are really friendly and live locally.

It's a single room with a single bed, carpeted with some storage space. The kitchen is only small, but there is a shared living room which is very comfy. The place is fully furnished, although unfortunately we don't have a washing machine. There is a laundrette just a short walk away.

As for me, I am a 30 year old Australian female and have been living in London for a bit over a year now. I work in admissions at a university. I'm really easy going and friendly. I love going out to gigs, spending time with friends, and just all the usual.

I'm ideally looking for a female flatmate, although it's not a deal breaker if you're not!
