Sadly we're looking for a lovely new flatmate because Daniel is moving in with with friends. Important: you will need to be okay with cats as we have one. He's very sociable with people but not other animals so can't have any more pets.

We're looking for a tidy grown-up to come and share a chilled house 5 minutes walk from Brixton station (8 minutes from Clapham North, 10 minutes to Stockwell if you have to brave Northern Line during rush hour). The room needs to be filled by 1 May, but can be available from 1 April.

It's a nice home and would be ideally suited for someone who likes to get out and enjoy their own life, but appreciates having a nice place to come back to. The large kitchen is the main place for catching up and we've got a separate shared living / TV room. Move in date may be negotiable between now and 2 February.

The most important thing about this house is that it's a home -somewhere to feel relaxed when you get home. Somewhere where you have your own space, but also live with people who you can relax with when they're around. The house is pretty lovely - light, bright, and airy.

It has a fireplace, polished wood floors, lots of storage space and wooden shutters on the windows.

Renovated Victorian house with polished wood floors throughout (apart from the kitchen which has slate with underfloor heating - perfect for winter). Spread over four split levels, large kitchen /living room has bifold doors that open up in summer, a separate TV room/snug (with flatscreen TV etc.), two toilets and a separate bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, complete with instant hot water/water filter, Neff double oven/wok burner and other such things for those of you who enjoy cooking.

The small garden is an important part of the living space during summer - the perfect place for midweek barbecues.

Tidiness is very important, so to make things easier there's a dishwasher, plus having a cleaner is important! It's really important that everyone who lives here keeps things nice and tidy clearing up as they go along and doesn't expect other people to do it!
