Double room in 2 bedroom flat to share on Church street N16 with female and a 2 year old! I'm out at work from mon- fri 9 - 6. 30pm I have childcare arrangements so I am not looking for a live-in baby sitter - promise! The room is a double room, very peaceful, catches the morning sun with a view of a church facade and church tower. The kitchen is modern but compact dining area is in the front lounge. There is also use of a balcony in the summer. I am a social worker, work long hours during the week and I like to relax at the weekend, spending time with friends enjoying the local cafes and park nearby. I'm friendly, independant and private but I like to share the odd glass of wine or a coffee in one of Church street's cafes with my housemate if I haven't seen them for some time! 1 min from bus stop, 12 mins to Liverpool street/Angel N1, Manor House and Dalston Junction nearby. Close to Cafes, gym, park, organic store, farmers market on sat, price includes gas, electric, water and council tax bills. Good night life, 2mins from cafes, restaurants and bars, there's something for everyone in Stoke Newington! Happy to do a Monday to Friday let, help someone out with moving in to London for the first time or even a shot term Olympic let at a negotiable price.
