It´s 10 min walk to Dalston and 5 min to Stoke Newington Church St. The area is plenty of shops, pubs restaurants and coffee shops and its also well communicated. You will share the flat with me, Enrique. I'm 29 years old, from spain and work in a hotel with crazy shifts, so we won't see each other very often.
