Short term lodger/ babysit, share with family of 2

Sunny single room in large 3 bed maisonette in Stoke Newington, close to Newington Green. Share with owner, female photographer, and primary-school aged son. Instead of paying market rent (£125 per week) I am looking for someone who is happy to babysit to reduce rent to only £50 per week. This would be flexible, either Fri or Sat evening but not both, & needs to include 7. 30-10pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, when I do a team sports training. Ideally one afternoon from school pick-up at 3. 30pm (the school is 3 min walk away) also. Monday and Sunday and all mornings would not be needed. The available room is 3. 4 x 2. 6m, has single bed with storage underneath, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large bookshelf and space for desk or small table. Large window with lots of sunlight. The flat is over 2 floors, room to rent is on 1st floor, our bedrooms & 2nd bathroom upstairs so you will have privacy. Well-stocked kitchen & large sitting room can be shared. Would suit student, language student in UK for short period, or professional needing short term accomodation in London. Excellent location: buses closeby to Angel & Kings Cross; Canonbury station & Dalston walkable; 5 min walk to Clissold Park, Leisure Centre, great cafes and pubs. The flat is very quiet. £30 pcm for bills. Wifi and TV in flat. There is a friendly cat also. Available immediately until Christmas, so feel free to come and view the room and ask anything further!
