Large double room

Hello,

1 small double room (9 square metres) and 1 large double room (21 square metres) available in friendly flat share. The small room comes unfurnished but basic furniture can be provided if required. The large room comes furnished with bed, desk, chairs, mirror, shelves etc.

Large room £650 pcm all inclusive and available 14th March.

Small room £520 pcm all inclusive available 21st March.

Very conveniently located for central London as Zone 2 Manor House tube only 1 min by bus/4 mins walk and also close to Stoke Newington, Stamford Hill overground station, Clissold park and Finsbury park.

Short walk to Sainsbury's supermarket, banks, Boot's pharmacy and various other shops.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and central dining/communal area.
Wifi, washing machine, gas cooker, fridge, brand new boiler etc.

Please note there is no lounge in the flat but there is a central communal dining area that all the rooms in the flat join to.

It's a first floor flat.

Current flatmates are teacher/musician and product designer (British and Spanish).
On the whole we are all busy doing our own thing but also can be social having a drink/meal and chat together. It's very relaxed and we are very respectful of each other, taking turns to clean and buy flat essentials. There is no strict regime - just use common sense and be nice!
