Hello, I'm Susi a marketing professional who also works sometimes as a musician.

I'm a live-in home owner in a homely welcoming, relaxing and tidy flat.

I have 2 rooms available for short lets (1 to 3 months).

Both rooms have double beds - quiet, bright and south-west facing.

You will be sharing with me.

- Easy access by train to Liverpool Street (20 mins)
- Tube (Manor House on Piccadilly line) to Kings Cross / West End (30 mins)
- Short walk to Stoke Newington Church Street

Flat features:
- Whole flat is recently refurbished

- A gorgeous brand new kitchen with wood effect worktops, sit-in diner bench and table for 6, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer. Lots of space to store food and cook.

- Very large living room with great afternoon sunlight, balcony and flower box

- Free parking in private resident car park

- Shower with a proper bath and separate toilet room

- High speed fibre broadband and video projector

Room Details:

Room 1:

Large double room (4.0M x 3.1M), at rear of flat
Furnished with double bed + mattress, console desk and chair, double wardrobe and drawers. Plenty of space for your stuff.

Room 2:
Small double room at rear of flat
Furnished with 4ft double bed + mattress, double wardrobe and drawers. Space under the bed for suitcases etc.

Transport:

- 10 mins walk / 5 mins bus to Manor House (Piccadilly Line)
- 10 mins by bus to Finsbury Park (Victoria Line)
- 5 mins walk to Stamford Hill overground (17 mins to Liverpool Street)
- 15 min walk to Stoke Newington Church Street and its fabulous pubs and restaurants, or Clissold Park / Leisure Centre to chill out.

About me:

I am easy going and out at work most weekdays. I work weekdays, then I'm generally away at my boyfriend's in Germany every other weekend and he stays with me some weekends.

No deposit but rent for the first two months of your stay to be paid before moving in. Inclusive of all bills:

Room 1 (large double):
£995/month

Room 2 (small double):
£895 / month
