The neighbourhood is very safe and the road is quiet. The 253/N253/254 bus route is literally just at the end of our road, and goes to Hackney Central or towards Euston.
Just under a ten min walk to Manor House (Zone 2, Piccadilly Line). Also just 5 mins walk away from Stamford Hill Overground (Zone 3).

The housemates (Emma, Sara, Emanuel and Rokas) work in film/media, ages 22-30 and absolutely lovely.

Looking for a professional, ideally in their mid-20s. Housemates are all sociable so someone friendly who would be up for grabbing a drink or brunch at the weekend, but who also respects privacy. Everyone works long hours in the week so the new tenant would need to be respectful of this.
