Large double room, central London, share, great flat, available beginning of January.. The rent is £800 pcm and is payable in advance on the first of every month. Deposit is last month rent in advance. Non refundable.

I have a double room available overlooking Drury Lane in the centre of Covent Garden. The room is quite large and is furnished with a double bed, drawers and built-in wardrobe/closet. The room has a lovely window which lets in all day natural light (meaning when it's sunny, the room is too!), cream walls and the whole flat has carpet.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from two tube stations: Covent Garden and Holborn (Piccadilly and Central lines). It's also only 5 minutes from major bus routes. Within 15 minute walking radius of the flat is Covent Garden market, Trafalgar Square, the Strand, Fleet St, British Museum, Senate House Library, UCL, LSE, Lincoln's Inn Fields, Bloomsbury, SOHO, Leicester Square, Southbank, Waterloo - basically anywhere in central London is easily accessible from the flat. Tescos, Waitrose and Sainsbury's are close by.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker, microwave, kettle, pots & pans, cutlery and crockery. There is a lot of storage space available in the kitchen, and you can gaze over Drury Lane while cooking.
The bathroom has a nice bath and shower, toilet and shelving space. The whole flat has good heating and has a washing machine.

You will be sharing with me. My name is Carrie Bell and I've lived in London for 30 years, originally from America. I've lived in this flat for ten years and it really is in the best location. I'm very easy-going, I love my music and am interested, among other things, in fashion, old films and art.
I am not into "conventional" contracts and prefer to write our own agreements between what we wish tp commit to and agree to. I am a smoker. I have no pets.
Past flatmates who have lived with me have stayed a minimum of 3-4 years and I consider myself approachable and easygoing. I will be updating this advert the closest it gets to the the date my current flatmate will vacate. More photos and of course viewing appointments will be made soon.

Rent is £800/month plus bills (water, electricity, internet, gas) which are usually around £60 each per month.
