Double room for rent in a fantastic location in covent garden. 30 seconds from cg tube station, 4 minutes from Leicester Square, less than 10 minutes to Holborn or Charing Cross, it's about as central as you can get.

You'd be sharing with a couple, one a nurse, the other a mature student at KCL. The lounge/kitchen are fully furnished, but there's plenty of room for any furniture you might want to bring (except another sofa, probably). The bedroom comes unfurnished, although the previous tenant bought a new mattress/wardrobe when he moved in last July, which he could probably be persuaded to part with.

Despite the central location, there is essentially no noise from outside: it's on a shopping street, and the nearest bars are a 90 second stroll away, so it's peaceful at night.

Would be ideal for anyone studying at KCL/UCL/LSE, or for anyone who works in town. It's about 20 minutes from the front door to bank tube station via the central line, so it's easy to access the city too.

We're both pretty laid back and easy going.

Bills are approximately £75 per person (based on 3 people living in the flat). Bills include water, gas, electric, internet and the cost of a cleaner for 3 hours every other week.

Initial fees are also £1000 each security and £250 fees (I believe)
