Great double bedroom in spacious house

This is a great house for someone looking for a balance between clean, social but individual enough. We are 2 girls looking for one more person.

This is a home so we are looking for someone who wants to be a part of that.

The house:
The house is furnished and has a living room, bathroom and kitchen with all mod coms. The bathroom and kitchen are both very spacious but awkwardly L shaped so couldn't take a good picture of the whole space!. There is also wireless internet.

The bedroom:
The bedroom is a medium sized and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and mirror.

Transport:
The house is well located and is only a 5-7 minute walk to Maryland station or a quick bus ride to Stratford station.

This would be a great place for someone working in Stratford City or the City (direct train to Liverpool Street from Maryland)

Rental Terms:
Rent is 520 pounds per month covering all bills (water, gas, electric, tv license etc.).

New roomie:
New roomie should be friendly, considerate, very clean and a working professional or a post graduate student.

To move in: First months rent and a deposit of 520 pounds.

You should also demonstrate the ability to make rental payments.

Sorry no couples, no DSS and no pets.
