I have my large double bedroom to rent within a shared house of three others. Shared lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden area. We are musical theatre students studying at different colleges within central London. I am moving to be closer to my college and work. This is a beautiful house and is rented through Keatons Estate Agency. A deposit of £600 to be paid along with an admin fee to cover credit check/referencing. The landlord has to approve the incoming tenant. Preferred entry date 1st November 2014. Current lease runs until end July 2015 with an option to extend at the end.

Full time students exempt from council tax but would need to complete a form with Newham Council supported with a letter from your educational establishment. Working professionals would need to pay council tax.
Broadband, gas, electric, water all included in the price of £480 pcm however in winter sometimes a little extra towards increased heating costs is required - last year it was £30 each extra in total as a one off payment so this is a great house for a great price.
