Hi everyone,

My friend Chen and I (Anant) are moving into this modern (we are going to be the first ever tenants so you can't get more modern than that!) 3 bedroom apartment on the 8th floor of the newly built Unex tower in the heart of Stratford this coming weekend (10th/11th Oct). We are now looking to find the 3rd person to complete our awesome trio.

The complex is located literally 100 metres from Stratford station and therefore provides convenient access to the underground (jubilee and central lines), overground, DLR and national rail networks. Also while Stratford is in zone 3 now, it will be rezoned to zone 2/3 from January next year so bear that in mind if you are considering travel costs. You're also right next to Europe's largest shopping centre (Westfield) and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

The complex boasts a 24 hour concierge and an extraordinary roof top garden from where you can enjoy stunning views of London.

The apartment itself has 3 bedrooms (one of which is an ensuite), one extra bathroom (so 2 for the apartment), an open plan kitchen, a spacious lounge and a balcony.

Chen has decided to take bedroom 3 and I am indifferent between bedroom 1 and 2 (bedroom 1 has the ensuite) so you as the third member have your choice of bedroom 2 for £900 a month or bedroom 1 for £1100 a month. Bills we have been told will work out to approximately £150 to £200 a month so after splitting 3 ways you're looking at an additional £50 to £67 a month. There is also a one off referencing fee of £180 that is payable to the agency. There will also be 6 weeks worth of deposit required.

We are looking for an easy going single professional (no couples or students sorry) who enjoys socialising but also respect need for privacy at times. We want to make this apartment our home not just somewhere we live so would love to find someone who can join in on our adventures and someone we can share the occasional meal and drink with.

We don't really have too many rules but a few basics are keeps the common areas tidy, don't smoke in the house, don't be too loud after 10pm on weeknights (unless we're all doing something together etc) and that's about all I can think of for now. Also no pets as per the agency's policy.

You will be sharing with two professionals in myself (Anant) and my friend Chen. I work in oil trading and Chen works as an railway engineer (or as a public lifesaver as he likes to view it). We are both really laid back and enjoy playing sports and being outdoors in general and exploring all that London has to offer (since neither of us are from here originally - I grew up in Australia and Chen in Malaysia).
