Hello !!

We need a new housemate (a girl) from 06th July. Living in south west London, zone 3, at just one minute by walk from the train station called NORBURY.

The rent is £63 Pounds per week per person. I pay all the bills so, not any hidden expenses. The Deposit required is £126 Pounds per person. The minimum term to stay in the house is one month. The day you decide to leave, you need to let me know at least with two weeks in advance.

The bedroom is for two people, so you would share this bedroom with a housemate, a girl that lives already in the house. It consists in two beds, a wardrobe, two chests of drawers, large book case, large desk and chairs, heating radiator, carpet in very good condition and large windows to the street.

The house is located in a main street surrounded by shops, 24 hours bus service at just 10 metres from the house (Night bus), and one minute walking to NORBURY train station. From this station to mention some examples:
.- 6 minutes by train to “Balham” underground station.
.- 12 minutes to Clapham Junction.
.- 19 minutes to Victoria Station.

The house is beautiful, like a small castle (attached photo, the house is the two top floors of the building in the corner), located in the main street.

It consist in two kitchens (each kitchen with oven, washing machine, cloth dryer machine, microwave, two fridges…), two bathrooms, two separate toilets, a large living room with large flat tv, dvd player, home cinema system, five bedrooms shared by two housemates in each bedroom and one single bedroom.

There are two wireless broadband internet connections (wi-fi) 17Mb/sg each. There are two independent home phone lines available to receive calls.

The housemates are a mix group of 10 from France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal and Spain aged 20-27 who like to socialize in the living room, to get along with the housemates having a nine out of ten positive experience.

The suitable new housemate will be a friendly girl aged 18-30, not racist in any kind, who likes the idea of sharing in a large home.

Please, do not show your interest if you consume marijuana or derivatives, or any kind of considered illegal drug in this country. Please respect my decision.

Smoking cigarettes is not allowed inside the house, so you would need to smoke in the patio.
