Hello !

We need a new housemate (a girl to bring the balance girls/guys at home) from 14th September. Living in South London at five minutes by bus -or 13 minutes walking along the main street- from the train station called NORBURY, which is in zone 3. From this station to mention some examples:
.- 6 minutes by train to “Balham” underground station.
.- 12 minutes to Clapham Junction.
.- 19 minutes to Victoria Station.

The house is located in a main street with many shops nearby, 24 hours bus service to central London at just 20 metres from the house.

The rent is £105 pounds per week, it is a large double size bedroom, that consists in a double bed, wardrobe, two chest of drawers, sofa, desk and chair, 32’’ flat tv, double glazing windows and carpet in excellent condition. This rent includes all the bills so, not any hidden expenses. The Deposit required is £210 Pounds. The minimum term to stay in the house is one month. The day you decide to leave, you need to let me know at least with two weeks in advance.

It’s a beautiful house with full fitted kitchen (oven, washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer and supplied with all cooking utilities…), bathroom and five bedrooms.

The housemates are a mix group of four from Ireland, Italy, Lithuania and Portugal aged 23-30, who are respectful and friendly people that like to socialize with the housemates.

The Internet broadband connection is supplied by the most reliable supplier on the market (BT), speed up to 17Mg/s.

The suitable new housemate will be a friendly girl aged 18-30, not racist in any kind that likes to get along with the housemates, helping to build a homely atmosphere.

Please, do not show your interest if you consume marijuana or derivatives, or any kind of considered illegal drug in this country. Please respect my decision.

Smoking cigarettes is not allowed inside the house, so you would need to smoke in the patio.
