A spacious, roomy double bedroom in a spacious house, on a quiet residential road in a very convenient area for commuters to central London. A nice, fully fitted kitchen, an inviting sitting room and two bath/shower rooms will be shared between 2 people.

We a€™re a three minute walk to the station from which it is 17 minutes to Victoria and 19 minutes to London Bridge. We are also located just round the corner from three bus routes including one night route and are 7 minutes away from countless bus routes off Streatham high road where you will also find numerous clubs, bars and restaurants.

There are a selection of local shops and takeaways 2-5 minutes away from the property, along with all the major supermarkets around 10 minutes walk away.

The room is £120 per week with An extra £80 per month for bills, changing to £60 in April (which includes wireless broadband, water, gas, electric, council tax etc.). A £480 deposit upfront required.

Very flexible with friends/relatives staying over for a few days, which is always fine!
