Double bedroom available within a tidy and convenient apartment. The apartment is right on the door step of southwark park, with overground station and large supermarket a short walk away.

The room(2) is approx. 3.5m by 2.7m. The furniture included are wardrobe/bed/table/chair/shelf . There is no shared lounge within the apartment.

You would be living with 1 person only (the landlord - me), I am experienced in flatshare and like to keep the apartment in good condition.

I am looking for a lodger who will be reasonably easy-going and considerate, with a minimalist approach to belongings preferred.
