I'm a 31yr old single professional. I'm a very friendly clean person
and looking for someone similar to rent my spare room.

I have said the room is available from the 18th August 2012 but this date is flexible.

The property is near to both Sydenham and Forest Hill train stations
and within a 15-20 minute walking distance of Penge East and Sydenham
Hill train stations. If you don't travel by train there are also a
number of buses that can take you to Central London.

The room itself is a double with a built in wardrobe and lots of light.

Shared facilities would include the living room and kitchen which are
both fairly large and separate bathroom and toilet which are adjacent
to both bedrooms.

The garden is large and would be suitable for entertaining and gets a
lot of sun in the summer.

The property is near the main high street but is situated in a quiet
residential area and therefore receives very little noise from passing
traffic.

I have 2 cats which are both clean and healthy.

Preferred viewing days would be Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (I am flexible on this). Weekends can be arranged on an individual basis
