I am currently looking for a flatmate to share my 2 bedroom flat with.
It is not far from all amenties and public transport. There is a park opposite the flat and a private garden too.
The room has built in wardrobes, a freestanding bookshelf and a new double bed. It has blinds in the window.
All bills are included.
When I find a flatmate, I will be getting a broadband, home phone and TV service set up.
I would preferably like to have a female between 20- 40.
I cannot take calls between 9-5pm Monday to Friday so please do not call within these hours.
