The room is fully equipped with a single bed & orthopedic mattress, built in wardrobes and cupboards and blackout blinds. There is ample storage space to store suitcases, clothes, books etc. The room is well heated, well ventilated and well lit.

There is also a spacious garden which backs up onto Dulwich Wood. The house is located in a cul-de-sac which is very green, you think you are in the country when in fact you are in Zone 3 London.

The house benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with eat-in facilities, large fridge and cooker. The house has one family bathroom with a rain shower and another cloakroom downstairs. It has been decorated to a high standard. The general areas of the house are cleaned regularly but you will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen after use.

I am looking for easygoing folk who are neat, clean, friendly but also appreciate their own space.

The house has excellent transport links into Central London by National Rail, the East London line or bus. 10 minute walk to Sydenham Hill...5 minute train ride to Brixton or 15 minutes to Victoria. 10 minutes walk to Sydenham to get the East London line to Shoreditch or Hoxton.
