We have a good size single room to rent in upper Sydenham (border of Forest Hill). The room is bright and airy and has 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a night stand.

You are free to add your own furniture to the room to make it your own and furniture can be removed at your request.

The flat is within a gated community, with secured off street parking.

The flat is conveniently located between Sydenham and Forest Hill and it’s a 10 mins walk to both Sydenham and Forest Hill train stations (trains to London Bridge and Victoria and the Overground to Dalton Junction/Highbury and Islington).

The property is 3 min away from Tesco Express and 10 min to Sainsbury's. The route is served by 122, 197, and 176 (which is a night bus which goes to Central London). The 202, 356, 185 and other buses are in close proximity.

There are 3 local gyms, including the popular Forest Hill Pools and Pure gym) conveniently located within 5 minutes from the flat. There are also quite a few pubs, bars, local shops (including delis, fishmonger and butchers) and restaurants all within walking distance.

The flat comprises of a large fitted kitchen with a dining table. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer and all other basic facilities.

All bills are included - these include a cleaner who cleans only the communal areas (each person is responsible for cleaning his/her room).

You will be sharing with 3 lovely housemates, 3 females. We are friendly, funny, caring and respectful individuals with whom you can have a laugh and share what's on your mind if you want to. However we are respectful and considerate of each other’s own space.

This flat would suit a non-smoking and considerate person. You are required to pay two weeks deposit of £300.

Move in date 26th May, however this maybe flexible.
