I am the live-in owner of this house, and I'm offering a spare room with shared use of whole house and garden. Dishwasher, washing machine. Good wifi throughout.

The house is situated on a private cul- de -sac, very secluded, yet quick access to centre of town, by a variety of routes. Free parking on site.

The room has a view over woodland, and is quiet and warm.
Large desk, shelves, built-in cupboard and storage space.

Pleasant walk to nearest station, or 10 min bus to London Overground for city. Night bus from central London stops at top of our road.

The house has green views from every window. It's like being in the countryside, but close to London. Pub up the road, and all shops, bank, gyms, etc a short bus ride or walk.

This situation would suit a professional who would appreciate a safe and warm home to come back to.
All bills are included.

No smoking in house, but ok in porch outside, or garden
