Large double room in modern flat share

Hi!

Our lovely bright room is available from September 1st although the there is a possibility of earlier if needed. The room is a good size double and It has loads of storage space with fitted wardrobes and a door to a really nice private courtyard / patio garden area. The courtyard has a full size folding ping pong table that's pretty cool too!

I (Martin) am quite chilled in the week and like to go out and party at weekends like most people of my age group.

Jodie is my partner and works as cabin crew, she is away about half the week usually.

We're both really easy going and like cooking, a good bottle of wine, visiting new places, traveling etc

The flat is furnished to a high standard and we like to keep it fairly tidy, I'm not a clean freak but hygienic!

We will also be possibly looking to get a cleaner between us for an hour a week to keep on top of kitchen, bathrooms and wooden floors if you are keen.

Sydenham station is 5 minutes walk and has great links. London bridge and Canada water in about 15 minutes and Shoreditch high at in about 20.

It is very easy to commute to central london and Canary wharf.

There are lots of local shops and supermarkets and nice restaurants close to the flat. Crystal Palace park and sports centre is 5 minute walk away.

The Crystal Palace sports centre is located within the park 5 mins away, the gym is £27 a month with no contract. There is also a swimming pool and lots of other activities like squash, tennis courts running track. There is also a new pure gym bybsydenham station for £20 per month.

The price includes all bills and I would need a months rent in advance.
