It is situated in a clean modern flat with excellent local amenities. There is secure and safe underground parking.

Lower Sydenham station is 5-7 minutes walk away with direct line to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross. The DLR starts at Lewisham station which is on this line.

Sydenham station will get you into Canada Water Station in 15 minutes on the Overground and Croydon in about 10 minutes. There are direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge also.

There is a gym and sports centre about 7 minutes walk from the flat.
There are three parks and a riverside walk nearby, so plenty of space if you need to get out for some fresh air.

My daughter stays with me at weekends so this is her bedroom, therefore only want female applicants.

I work in healthcare so I leave early mornings and work shifts.

I am tidy and clean. My days of partying are over so mid-week raves are not my thing. So if you need somewhere quiet for your week at work this might be your ideal spot. I am sociable so if you enjoy good food and a glass of wine after work, I can do that. If you want to be left to your own devices, I wont be offended.

I have high speed broadband installed.

I can be flexible if you need to come and stay on a Sunday evening.
